El murciélago, su cubrición va de abril a junio. La D.E., abarca de julio a enero. La
gestación se lleva a cabo de enero a marzo y el parto en marzo y abril.
El fotoperiodo está implicado en la reanudación de la gestación y en la
supervivencia de los recién nacidos, para que el parto tenga lugar en el momento
más oportuno.
